If you wish to conduct
research in our archive, please email research@nlchs.org. Your email should include as much information as possible about the subject you wish to research. Our docents will respond to your request and do a cursory search in our archive. A list and descriptions of the materials pertaining to your research will be provided and an appointment for a visit to the archive will be scheduled. Researching our archive is free for individuals conducting their queries in person on site at the Shaw Mansion. Should you wish our docents to conduct research, then fees will apply. A $10 preliminary research fee will be charged, and after the report, an hourly rate 0f $40 will be charged for additional research.
